The e-Labs (Extended Labs) program is a virtual/remote training program designed to promote skill building through education. Our program seeks to educate youth as well as individuals seeking basic skills to meet the demand of Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) requirements commonly needed in the workplace. For youth, this is an opportunity to enter the workforce with advanced skills that are applicable today at this very moment. Participation increases your chances of competitive employment by combining academics with needed skills and more importantly hands-on training. For job-seekers this is an opportunity to receive valuable skills needed to transition you into gainful employment, TRS has partnered with industry professionals in the community to identify what their occupational necessities are and in most cases received volunteer participation from those respected organizations which have donated technical training by volunteering their subject matter expertise through this remote portal. Understanding that this is a substantial contribution and effort to give back, this educational advancement and skill-building program is selective. Portal access and participation is geared toward helping those with genuine interest, underserved, underrepresented, and economically challenged.
